  8. Q:  When I try to print an Edit file from a shell, my output consists of several very long lines (i.e., it does not word wrap).\

  10. A:  Edit does not save return characters in its files, but uses the word wrap capability of the Application Kit's Text object to resize the lines to fit the window.  You can use the UNIX command 
  11. \i fmt
  12. \i0  to break the file into shorter lines.
